Why is the glue used to stick those irritating white stickers on the bottom of new shoes so strong?!?
You can never get the sticker off in one go and always end up with white marks on the soles of your new shoes, which look stupid.
Is it deliberate?

Aha - funds are available for new shoes - so things are looking up?
Oh, and I have been reliably informed that baby oil helps remove such stickers painlessly.
But you are right - we blokes wouldn't put up with such things!
